We are pleased to be able to offer our students/staff/families the support and services of a full time Chaplain. The role of the Chaplain fluctuates according to the varied and specific needs that arise out of each semester and the changing liturgical calendar.
It is a ministry of:
Presence - being present in the school and available for staff and students.
Witness to Gospel Values - justice awareness, participation in charitable and humanitarian organizations, response to the ethical and moral issues that challenge us.
Community Worship, Prayer and Reflection - Eucharistic celebrations, Reconciliation, retreat days, and prayer services.
Personal Development - personal confidential counselling, student support groups, spiritual direction, support ministry in times of crisis, home and hospital visits.
Resource - support to the religious education program, administration and other departments of the school.
